ViSTA-TV is a two-year European project, which brings together European broadcasters, research institutions, and industry partners. The ViSTA-TV project will gather consumers’ anonymized viewing behaviour as well as the actual video streams from broadcasters and IPTV transmitters to combine them with enhanced electronic program-guide information as the input for a holistic live-stream data mining analysis. Role: researcher.

The COMBINE project is an applied research project funded by ONR. Within the COMBINE project, we will set up a framework for the cross-referencing of information from heterogeneous sources (webpages, Semantic Web, spreadsheets, databases, etc.) relying on Web standards. Role: researcher.

NoTube is a three-year EU-funded research project about the future of TV, based on use cases around personalisation, the Web, and social networking. The project started in March 2009 and is conducted by an international consortium.
I joined this project only in October 2011. My work in the project focuses on the development of a pattern recommender system. Role: researcher.
